Which flights are covered?
EU Regulation 261/2004 covers all of the EU airspace, along with Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the outermost regions
The Regulation covers all flights departing from the European Union, whether it is an intra-EU or an international flight.
Flights which are departing out of the EU, but are EU-bound, are covered if they are operated by an air carrier registered in the EU.

L8flight-fronted: Your institution obtains a Power of Attorney from all travelling employees allowing L8flight to claim on their behalf. A second PoA allows L8flight to allocate the received compensation according to a pre-agreed split
Institutionally-driven: Your institution obtains a PoA from travelling employees and then provides L8flight with a second PoA allowing L8Flight to claim
Employee-lead: Your institutions motivates employees to claim through L8flight. L8flight then obtains the right from the passengers to retrocede a pre-agreed portion of the claim to their employer.
Past travel portfolio claw back
An attractive one-time windfall gain: We analyse historical travel portfolios, identify the flights subjects to a claim and then “bulk claim” on your institutions’ behalf as far back as the data and/or the jurisdictions allow.
Our databases include historical flight statuses, historical “exceptional events” data (strikes, weather amongst others) allowing L8flight to rapidly assess Airlines answers.
Passengers/employees must authorize another entity to claim on their behalf if they don’t claim themselves.
